The enquiry form and the letters box are delivered by an outside form provider. Your message and your email address pass through that provider on the way here.
An enquiry, and an email address given to the letters box, are kept until you ask for them to be removed.
You can ask to be removed, or ask for an enquiry to be deleted, at any time. The request does not need a reason.
The site is served by an outside hosting provider, which keeps ordinary server records of requests.
